How It’s Made
Baking our bougatsa is easy; just follow the instructions below! Once baked, it’s flaky and fresh. Your yiayia will swear it’s homemade!
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until pastry rises.
- Puncture pastry and flip it.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until golden.
- For Chocolate Bougatsa, dust with powdered sugar. For Custard Bougatsa, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Cut to desired size and enjoy.
